Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their needs, solving their problems, and creating a positive and memorable experience with every interaction.

  • Responding to customer inquiries and validating orders (ETD-ETA);
  • Following up on ongoing orders with the production planner;
  • Collaborating closely with the sales, operations, warehouse, and accounting departments;
  • Ensuring customer service throughout the order process (tracking delivery times, managing purchase orders, etc.);
  • Escalating order issues and complaints, if necessary, to the VP of Sales to resolve the situation;
  • Entering customer orders into CCA;
  • Handling invoicing and credits;
  • Managing transportation logistics;
  • Performing other related tasks as needed.

  • DEP in sales, DEC in business management, or other relevant training or experience;
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant customer service experience;
  • Significant customer service experience with a strong customer service orientation, solid interpersonal skills, and a high degree of diplomacy;
  • Bilingualism (French/English), both oral and written;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities;
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Microsoft 365 CRM (an asset).

  • Permanent, full-time position;
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week;
